It had been very late when they'd got in the night before, and fatigue from travelling had messed them both up to the point where they didn't even look around the place when they arrived. There had been quick showers and then they'd just fallen into the large bed in the master bedroom, wrapped themselves round each other and passed out.
It's late morning now though and its hot, because they hadn't turned the air conditioning on last night and sun is blazing through the uncovered windows. An Australian summer knows how to bring the heat.
There's a shift and a sleepy grumble from Ramon, but he doesn't wake just yet. Random? Well, who knows with him...

Date: 2005-10-23 01:03 pm (UTC)He rolls over, trying to find a part of the sheets where one of the two of them haven't been lying all night. It works, but it's not significantly better.

Date: 2005-10-23 01:07 pm (UTC)He tries though. Rolls onto his stomach and pulls a pillow pver his head.

Date: 2005-10-23 01:14 pm (UTC)So it's hot.
Random himself has simply given up, and sat upright, hands massaging his temples. After an extensive search of the room (a quick, but bleary, glance around) he decides the airconditioning controls are three steps from the bed. Ordinarily, this'd be out of reach, but in dire circumstances like these?

Date: 2005-10-23 01:17 pm (UTC)If something is to be done about the heat, Random will have to be intrepid and daring and take on the mission himself.

Date: 2005-10-23 01:24 pm (UTC)With a complaining moan to make sure the world knows of the valiant sacrifice he's making, he staggers over to the air conditioning.
And punches a few button, and staggers back into bed.

Date: 2005-10-23 01:27 pm (UTC)'See, this is why I love you amarente. You're a genius.'

Date: 2005-10-23 01:33 pm (UTC)There's a pause, and he raises his head slightly, because this he wants audible.
"Did we pack asprin?"
no subject
Date: 2005-10-23 01:39 pm (UTC)He does so, without waiting for a response. 'I don't know. I emptied the bathroom cabinet in Texorami so if there was some in there, then yes. Why?'
And then his eyes fall closed because that? Was far too much effort after all the travelling.

Date: 2005-10-23 01:43 pm (UTC)Ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow.
He drops his head, because it's getting worse and the neck movement made things go sparkly behind his eyes.

Date: 2005-10-23 01:46 pm (UTC)He breaks off threateningly. He's not sure why, it just seems like the right thing to do. Of course, if that is what Random is asking, he'll...
...probably do it. But complain a hell of a lot. Yes. And maybe even mean some of it.

Date: 2005-10-23 01:50 pm (UTC)And though you can't see his face, his very posture looks miserable.
The headache's not that bad, but he does want the asprin. And moving right now doesn't feel like a good idea.

Date: 2005-10-23 01:55 pm (UTC)He decides to give his lover another few seconds or so to take pity on him and not make him get up. Because surely Random can't be that hard hearted. He also pulls his best 'hard done by' expression, just in case he should look over and catch it.

Date: 2005-10-23 02:00 pm (UTC)"Don't have to get up."
He's not that cruel. He can live with the headache. His eyes slide shut again, because it's easier to sit and pretend it away than to actually try to move.

Date: 2005-10-23 02:04 pm (UTC)He hands the pills and a glass to Random with a long suffering expression, then collapses again. 'I hate long flights.'

Date: 2005-10-23 02:09 pm (UTC)"If I'd known it was going to be this miserable, I'd have patterned us there. But on the bright side, I got to fly a plane."

Date: 2005-10-23 02:12 pm (UTC)He stares at the ceiling for a moment, and contemplates whether this would be a good time to tell him they have an even longer one back to Colombia. And decides, no.

Date: 2005-10-23 02:20 pm (UTC)He arches an eyebrow at him, because he's more startled than hurt, and rolls onto his stomach. He doesn't have the energy to deal with Ramon having a snit.
