He pulls away and there's a quiet sound of protest in the back of her throat. Her eyes open, wild and dark, searching his face. Her breathing slowly calms but it takes a moment for language to return. Her hands move over her torso, trying to still the storm in her skin.

Again, she sees the man she's been with for the last year behind his eyes. She's used to a man who knows what he wants and takes it with a strength and surety that drives her crazy. But this man, he wants to please her, wants to make a good impression. He's young and yes, unsure.

"Come here to me," she breathes. He rises over her and she reaches for him, needing to feel the heat of his skin under her palms.
