Another ten minutes and they're properly into a slum, surrounded by buildings cobbled together with corrogated iron and boards and broken bricks. A few turns and Rico pulls up next to a bar that looks like it might fall down if you give the walls a good push. There are a few men outside and the way they approach the car makes it obvious that they're waiting for them.

When he opens them again, he moves immediately, out of the car, and is like a different person, grinning at the men near them and catching one of them in a loose embrace.
