He sees that Random's troubled by what he's done to Andres and that bothers him. It makes things unpredictable because what happens if the guilt gets too bad? Ramon knew that he could find himself on the other end of one the weapons he was watching Random pick up from various places on the floor and table...this is so dangerous.
But he liked danger. Thrived on it, hadn't he lived through it his entire life? It just made things more interesting and he's not about to walk away from the fun.
