OOM: Another visit

Ramon's a bit nervous about this visit. Not only because of the conversation with Dworkin, but the 'little visitor' that had been promised in the last letter. Still, he gets to see Random again and that's worth anything.

So, here he his. Late at night, tired but happy with anticipation. He can't keep his mind off the Trump in his pocket.

Ramon smiles immediately because yeah, that night after had been something special.

'Yeah, he's here. Strange guy really - I suppose it makes sense that he's wary of me but it makes for some interesting conversations. I don't know if people are attacking him as well though. Should probably find out though he's not really my problem.'

He moves suddenly then, suddenly afraid that the paperclip isn't on the bedside table. He doesn't remember taking it out of his pocket...but it's there and he relaxes, melting back into the bed and Random.

'Just checking somthing, sorry.' A hand runs over his back. 'You have to go back early?'

"No. Gorlim's home, Martin and I go where we like."

He smiles into his chest, because he knows what he was checking. It fills him with a sort of warmth.

"Free as a bird."

Ramon runs a hand through his hair once more, then reaches up to flick the light off.

'Good. Spend the morning with me? Just to sleep in a bit and talk. I'll get breakfast up from bar. As long as Arithon or Bianca aren't downstairs then I can stay up here.'

"Of course, lover."

He nods, yawning, and closing his eyes.

"I'll try not to wake you when I feed him."

'OK.'

Grateful for that, although he thinks he shouldn't be. Maybe he should be offering to do it instead? he's not sure but figures he'll think about it when the alarm goes off.

'Sleep then baby. Love you.'

And then Random's eyes close.
