He's almost out of his damn mind with pleasure, but he won't look...can't quite bring himself to move his head, in case any shift tips him over the edge. But he can see what Random's doing and can't stop crying out in absolute desperation, knowing that this cannot possibly go on for more than another few seconds because it'll kill him if it does, his muscles are already as tight and strained as they can be...but he just can't bring himself to let go yet, not on command, and he wants to be looking at Random when he does.

He just doesn't trust himself to move his head. And so he's yelling and writhing and still holding on...
