He's moaning quietly again, slightly more desperate as the licking gets lower, wanting his mouth around him so much...he sags in disappointment when the heat is gone but is glad of the ice in his mouth and grateful for the kiss because it's contact. He lathes his tongue against Random's, putting all his desire and want into it, hoping to encourage him to stop teasing a little.
It breaks off when he needs to breathe but he keeps his head up, face as close to him as he can get. And breathes out, 'Please Random...'
