He hisses at the pinch, again at the slap...but it all melts into a moan at the kiss. He's starting to see what Random meant by a 'quite a long night' - especially when he's touched, there's another moan that's starting to rise up the scale towards desperate because drawing it out is going to kill him, he's already sure.

He tries to push into the stroking a little, despite the weight of his head on his leg, but he's tied in such a way as to make it almost impossible to shift at all. So he groans, once - the first of many, he knows - and looks down at Random, muttering, 'Please. Does that help? Please!'
